Shipping Policy

 

Free pickup can be arranged from Upper Coomera Gold Coast AUSTRALIA.
Orders under 500 grams will normally ship for $7.90 regular parcel post or $10.95 express
Orders of 500 grams or more are variable depending on your location so please complete shipping address in your cart to get a price. 

Shipping days are Monday and Wednesday.

Orders in by 12 noon AEST will be posted, orders in after that time will usually have to wait until the next shipping day. Urgent orders require you to CONTACT US.  

Express Post

Express post is a reduced transit time option for fresh paste or for urgent orders. We strongly recommend it for shorter transit time for fresh paste. It does not mean that your order will be posted same day. If you have an urgent deadline you need to CONTACT US as we do not immediately check every order that comes in, and we don't guarantee same day shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL orders are welcome.

arger orders may show 2 parcels are required. This is incorrect and your shipping will be less than shown in the cart. The difference will be refunded, or contact us for a shipping quote. The calculator has some difficulty working out how real people pack packages!

Tracking

All parcels shipped to addresses within Australia will have tracking. International orders do not automatically have tracking, the trackable shipping option must be selected. Economy air international does not provide tracking.
Australia Post should send you an email with your tracking details (Australian parcels only) so please check your inbox or junk folder if you don't see it. 

 

Fresh paste 

Orders containing fresh paste are only shipped Monday-Wednesday. Paste orders are not sent on Thursday/Friday as transit time is of utmost importance to our product arriving in good condition. We strongly recommend express post for all orders containing fresh paste as it is PERISHABLE. Please freeze as soon as possible after you receive it.

Henna Oasis takes no responsibility for the replacement or refund of parcels that are lost in transit, and especially not those that are marked as delivered. We suggest you have a secure area for parcels to be dropped, or have them delivered to a workplace or alternate address where someone will be home to receive if you are concerned about theft. We cannot be held liable for missing parcels once it has been registered as received by Australia Post. We will assist in compensation claims for lost or damaged items where approprate, but cannot replace items at our own cost. If there has been an error on our part, for example an address different from that entered into the cart, we will refund or replace.
